About the position

The FP&A Analyst position at Tenneco involves working within the Corporate Finance team to provide management reporting and analytics. The role focuses on analyzing financial results, preparing reports, and supporting leadership in operational and strategic decision-making. This position is critical for understanding key performance indicators and ensuring effective financial management across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Management reporting and analytics encompassing consolidated Tenneco and business group's profit and loss financial results, balance sheets and cash flows
• Prepare analysis to assist management in understanding key performance indicators (KPI's)
• Prepare various standard and ad hoc analysis for leadership to support operational and strategic decisions
• Prepare monthly / quarterly operating reporting to support leadership and organization's business strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, project management and communication skills
• Ability to present large amounts of data in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, specifically excel; Power BI and OneStream
