Our team is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join them. You will report to the FP&A Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Creedmoor, NC. As a FP&A Analyst, you will play a major role in driving the annual Budget, quarterly Forecast, and weekly Flash processes. This includes maintaining and owning the Flash Forecast model, and driving the weekly forecast rhythm within Creedmoor. You will analyze business performance against budget, strategic goals, and M&A activity, specifically focusing on sales, gross margin, EBITDA, and Cash Flow, with an in-depth understanding of key drivers contributing to each. Additionally, you will prepare and present periodic financial reporting and narrative for senior management, tracking, analyzing, and understanding various financial information, including sales & cost analysis, price/mix/volume analysis, market analysis, inventory tracking, bookings, price performance, returns on investment, cash flow, and Business/Operations KPIs. You will partner with Value Stream Directors, Senior Management, Sales, Business Development, and Revenue Management teams to understand and drive financial and operating performance of the business, and interface with the Global Finance team in consolidation, analysis, and narrative of global financial results. Furthermore, you will contribute to and design ways to further leverage financial reporting and data systems, including OneStream and Snowflake, while identifying opportunities within the team and business for process improvement. Lastly, you will assist in certain aspects of the monthly Financial Close, including but not limited to analysis & narrative, journal entries, and account reconciliations (note: this is not an Accounting position).

Responsibilities

  • Major stakeholder and driver of annual Budget, quarterly Forecast, and weekly Flash processes.
  • Maintain and own the Flash Forecast model, driving weekly forecast rhythm within Creedmoor.
  • Analyze business performance against budget, strategic goals, and M&A activity, focusing on sales, gross margin, EBITDA, and Cash Flow.
  • Prepare and present periodic financial reporting and narrative for senior management.
  • Track, analyze, and understand various financial information, including sales & cost analysis, price/mix/volume analysis, market analysis, inventory tracking, bookings, price performance, returns on investment, cash flow, and Business/Operations KPIs.
  • Partner with Value Stream Directors, Senior Management, Sales, Business Development, and Revenue Management teams to drive financial and operating performance.
  • Interface with Global Finance team in consolidation, analysis, and narrative of global financial results.
  • Contribute to and design ways to leverage financial reporting and data systems, including OneStream and Snowflake.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
  • 1-3 years of analyst experience in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field.
  • Strong Excel skills (model building, sumifs, sumproduct, index/match, pivot tables, nested 'if' statements, chart formatting).
