About the position

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst at Renegade Group LLC is responsible for conducting financial analyses, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling to support the Corporate FP&A team. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify key performance indicators, maintaining reporting systems, and preparing financial results for management and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining the budgeting process, implementing new systems and analytical tools.
  • Collaborate with department leads to identify key performance indicators and business drivers including ongoing reporting and monitoring.
  • Assist with maintaining a reporting system, which provides management with appropriate information to drive business decisions.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly and annual financial results for internal and external reporting.
  • Initiate, drive and implement activities that improve the overall financial reporting and analysis of supporting areas.
  • Work with Leadership and Investor Relations team to coordinate and develop materials as needed.
  • Review contracts to understand accounting requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
  • 2 or more years of professional experience in Finance.
  • Demonstrated understanding of key financial concepts, including financial statements, cash flow, net present value, and return on investment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to simplify complex projects and convey key insights.
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative abilities.
  • Passion for being a part of a dynamic team environment with rapidly changing assignments and priorities.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ownership of work with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with SAP and SAC is a plus.
