About the position

The FP&A Analyst role at Tigre USA Inc. involves performing strategic financial analysis, developing accurate financial forecasts, and preparing detailed reports to support management decisions. Responsibilities

• Gather financial data to guarantee accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support management decisions.
• Analyze actual financial performance against budget and forecasts, conducting ad hoc analysis to identify savings opportunities.
• Lead the development and review of budgets and forecasts to guide the business unit in the planning process.
• Build and maintain financial models and conduct scenario analysis to support decision-making.
• Track and report financial and operational KPIs and collaborate to identify improvements and efficiencies.
• Create and update financial modeling for projects to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English is a prerequisite; knowledge of Spanish is a differential.
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of the SAP ECC system are required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Power BI is a plus.
