The FP&A Analyst position is responsible for partnering within the business to provide financial and strategic analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role will work closely with department stakeholders to analyze strategic alternatives for business growth. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, the position is highly visible with the senior leadership team and regularly interacts with business owners throughout the organization. The analyst will handle traditional financial planning workstreams, including the quarterly forecasting process, development of key operational and financial metrics, financial reporting, corporate development support for M&A, expansion analysis, and other analyses as needed. Key responsibilities include maintaining long-term and valuation models, coordinating the development of annual operating budgets and rolling quarterly forecasts, and creating and updating reporting deliverables for department heads, senior management, and the Board of Managers. The analyst will build relationships across finance and the broader organization, support corporate development activities, and identify and improve financial and operational metrics to drive the business. Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-resolution skills are essential, as the analyst will act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional business leaders, anticipate needs, and make recommendations.
