About the position

The FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in a fast-growing investment firm, focusing on financial planning and analysis. This position involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including the Vice President of FP&A, to prepare and manage financial reports and forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, review, and support all financial reports, planning, and analysis across the organization and ad-hoc projects.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to communicate the financial performance and forecasts.
• Collaborate with the Vice President of FP&A and the finance team to meet or exceed annual financial plans.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting, with at least 1 year focused on FP&A.
• 1+ years of experience in the Senior Living Industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Working knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with Yardi is a must.
