About the position

The FP&A Analyst position at Tenneco involves supporting the Corporate Finance team by providing management reporting and analytics related to financial performance. The role focuses on preparing analyses that assist management in understanding key performance indicators and supporting operational and strategic decisions. This position is based at the Northville, MI headquarters and reports directly to the FP&A Director.

Responsibilities

• Management reporting and analytics encompassing consolidated Tenneco and business group's profit and loss financial results, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Prepare analysis to assist management in understanding key performance indicators (KPI's).
• Prepare various standard and ad hoc analysis for leadership to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly operating reporting to support leadership and organization's business strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to present large amounts of data in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, specifically Excel; Power BI and OneStream.
