About the position

The Risk Administrator is responsible for executing comprehensive risk assessments and supporting risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization's assets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves monitoring employee purchase activities, managing fraud prevention initiatives, and conducting internal audits in collaboration with multiple departments and regions. The Risk Administrator will deliver detailed analysis and reports to senior management to aid in strategic decision-making and promote continuous improvement in risk management practices.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments for the parent company to identify and address potential risk factors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze employee purchase activities to detect unusual patterns or behaviors.
  • Investigate suspected instances of fraud and prepare detailed reports for review.
  • Design and implement fraud prevention strategies to strengthen internal controls.
  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule internal audits, ensuring timely and effective completion.
  • Work collaboratively with various regions and departments to facilitate audit processes.
  • Analyze audit data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to senior management, with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with quantitative expertise.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience interacting with and presenting to senior executives is an advantage.
