About the position

The FP&A Analyst will be an integral part of a dedicated FP&A team focused on enhancing operational and analytical functions. This role involves supporting various FP&A activities, including financial planning, capacity analysis, and reporting on key metrics. The analyst will work closely with the FP&A Manager and business leaders to provide insights and comprehensive financial reports, contributing to the continuous improvement of the FP&A processes.

Responsibilities

• Support all FP&A activities including top-line and expense planning, capacity planning, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Assist the FP&A Manager with day-to-day budget and expense management.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Interface with business leaders to provide necessary reporting and analysis.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance FP&A functions.

Requirements

• 1+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Experience in budgeting, consolidation, performance reporting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience with financial systems, preferably Adaptive Insights.
• Strong financial modeling and budget management skills, with the ability to identify key variance drivers.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in digital transformation initiatives within the K-12 education market.
• Strong communication skills to effectively partner across the organization.
