The Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A will play a crucial role in supporting the Corporate FP&A team at Crocs, Inc. This position is designed to drive the transformation of the global FP&A function, leveraging prior experience in finance, project coordination, and stakeholder management. The analyst will work collaboratively across various functions, including the Enterprise, Corporate, and Systems teams, to deliver on assigned projects that are essential for the evolution of Crocs' FP&A function, which operates within a multi-brand enterprise framework. The scope of the role encompasses a wide range of activities, including fundamental FP&A processes, financial modeling, long-range planning, headcount planning, and systems integration. The Enterprise team is responsible for running the global FP&A function and serves as the interface between Brand Finance and the Executive Leadership Team, the Board of Directors, and Crocs' investors. Meanwhile, the Corporate team collaborates at the C-suite level with shared services functions that support the various brands under Crocs, Inc. Additionally, the Systems team manages FP&A systems, including SAP/BPC, Workiva, and Power BI, which are integral to the financial planning process. Due to the collaborative nature of this role, a hybrid work schedule is required, with in-office attendance expected on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The analyst will participate in multiple cross-functional teams to develop improvement strategies, document project plans, manage stakeholder expectations, and execute tasks to achieve project goals. They will provide analytical support to the organization, aiding in business decisions and process improvements, and will assist in the implementation of a new financial planning system. The ability to build trust and communicate effectively with various stakeholder groups at all levels of the organization is essential for success in this role.
