About the position

The FP&A Business Analyst at KONE is responsible for business analytics and process support related to variable incentive plans. This role focuses on improving reporting processes and making data-driven proposals for profitable business decisions. The analyst will support stakeholders with financial statistics, coordinate data gathering for incentive plan calculations, and drive improvements in analytics capabilities across the company.

Responsibilities

• Support definition of business measures for plan designs and establish the end-to-end process for annual payouts.
• Develop and drive implementation of business measures.
• Design and develop data visualizations and dashboards.
• Make and communicate conclusions and recommendations based on analysis findings.
• Drive development and implementation of analytics capabilities in KONE.
• Provide training and collaborate with financial, operations, and sales teams to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Understand data requirements and availability, and their impact on analytics possibilities.
• Act as the coordinator and key contact point between business stakeholders and advanced analytics teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of business experience, preferably in Finance, Controlling, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Fluency in English is required; French and/or Spanish is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, or a similar field.
• Master's degree preferred.
