About the position

The FP&A Consultant at SolomonEdwards will play a crucial role in developing and standardizing financial reporting, supporting process improvements, and conducting comprehensive financial analyses for various initiatives. This hybrid position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze financial performance, and provide insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating standardized reporting packages using tools such as Anaplan and Power BI.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency and accuracy across reporting processes.
• Support the preparation of monthly estimates by gathering inputs, analyzing variances, and summarizing results for leadership.
• Conduct analyses on supply chain and operational spending to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support contract review processes with financial insights and evaluations.
• Assist with tracking cost-saving initiatives and identifying areas for improvement in collaboration with finance teams.
• Provide financial support for site-level capital projects and operational investments.
• Act as a liaison for financial compliance and audit activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
• Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis tools like Excel or Power BI.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
