About the position

The Deal Integration Sr. Analyst will play a crucial role on the FP&A team at LPL Financial, focusing on the execution of acquisitions and large recruiting deals. This position involves providing financial oversight and expense management support to ensure successful integration onto LPL's platform. The analyst will act as a liaison between various teams, ensuring effective decision-making based on deal economics and supporting the CFO and finance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on all deals in the pipeline, acting as a liaison between FP&A, Corporate Development, business partners, and leadership.
• Manage integration expenses within deal budget while ensuring successful execution by the business.
• Challenge business investment proposals and offer alternatives to prioritize resources.
• Create compelling and effective presentations that drive decisions.
• Focus on continuous improvement in all financial related processes, leveraging technology and other resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics (or a related quantitative discipline).
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, including variance analysis, budget planning, forecasting, and development of business analytics.
• Experience building financial models and effectively communicating analysis to support business decision making.
• Strong business acumen, corporate finance knowledge, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to create accurate, compelling, and effective presentations that drive decisions.
