About the position

The Deal Integration Sr. Analyst will play a crucial role within the FP&A team at LPL Financial, focusing on the integration of acquisitions and large recruiting deals. This position involves providing financial oversight and expense management support to ensure successful integration onto LPL's platform. The analyst will act as a liaison between various departments, ensuring effective decision-making aligned with deal economics.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between FP&A, Corporate Development, business partners, and leadership regarding all deals in the pipeline.
• Manage integration expenses within deal budgets in partnership with the business and other FP&A teams.
• Challenge business investment proposals and offer alternatives to prioritize resources effectively.
• Create compelling and effective presentations that drive decisions.
• Focus on continuous improvement in all financial-related processes, leveraging technology and other resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics (or a related quantitative discipline).
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, including variance analysis, budget planning, forecasting, and development of business analytics.
• Experience building financial models and effectively communicating analysis to support business decision-making.
• Strong business acumen, corporate finance knowledge, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to create accurate, compelling, and effective presentations that drive decisions.
