About the position

The Senior FP&A Director position at Robert Half is a contract role based in White Plains, New York, operating in a hybrid work model. The role involves leading financial planning and analysis efforts, engaging with the leadership team, and overseeing a team of finance managers to ensure accurate financial operations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting discussions with the Leadership Team and orchestrate complex planning and forecasting processes.
• Utilize expert excel skills and familiarity with OneStream in financial planning and analysis.
• Engage heavily in accounting close from a management perspective, including the assessment of reasonableness of trade expense booking.
• Oversee a team of three Finance Managers, providing guidance and support in their respective areas.
• Present financial reports and conduct variance analysis to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
• Liaise with different reporting entities and ensure the accuracy of their reports.
• Prepare and deliver financial presentations to the Leadership Team, providing insights and recommendations.
• Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records, keeping track of all transactions and changes.

Requirements
