About the position

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis for the USW portfolio.
• Coordinate long-range plans and operating plans.
• Conduct monthly outlooks and quarterly EACs/CSRs.
• Oversee month-end closing and financial reviews.
• Manage program cost management and financial forecasting.
• Analyze ROS and cash enhancement.
• Manage EVMS for portfolio programs, including baseline management and performance reporting.
• Support MORs and quarterly CSRs.
• Lead a team of early career or experienced direct reports.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to represent financials to senior and executive management.
• Strong program finance experience and business acumen.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to provide sound data-driven analysis and decision making.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools such as SAP/Hyperion and Microsoft Excel.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Lockheed Martin RMS financial systems and processes.
• Strong accounting background.
• Good understanding of balance sheets and inventory control/management.
• Experience with FMS/DCS contracts, including currency exchange and foreign ledgers.
