Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning and analysis for the USW portfolio, including long-range plans and operating plans.
  • Coordinate monthly outlooks, quarterly EACs/CSRs, and month-end closing activities.
  • Conduct monthly financial reviews and balance sheet reviews.
  • Manage program cost management and financial forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Perform ROS and cash analysis and enhancement.
  • Oversee management of EVMS for portfolio programs, including baseline management and performance reporting.
  • Support MORs and quarterly CSRs, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Manage and lead a team of early career or experienced direct reports.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to represent financials to senior and executive management.
  • Strong program finance experience and business acumen.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to balance priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to provide sound data-driven analysis and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including SAP/Hyperion and Microsoft Excel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Lockheed Martin RMS financial systems, processes, and policies.
  • Strong accounting background and understanding of balance sheets and inventory control.
  • Experience with FMS/DCS contracts, including currency exchange and foreign ledgers.
