About the position

The FP&A Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Finance Department, responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting. This role requires strong organizational skills, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The analyst will support the company's aggressive growth strategy by preparing long-term financial models, conducting budget analyses, and providing insights to management.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain a long-term corporate planning model reflecting the Company's strategy, including Capital Structure, Capital Investments, Revenue Projections, and related financial statements.
  • Conduct analysis of alternate strategies as directed.
  • Work with departmental managers to prepare and monitor annual budgets.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, including analyses to identify variances and provide insights for management of material, labor, and overhead.
  • Prepare periodic forecasts to reflect the annual financial outlook as business conditions change.
  • Compile and analyze cost information for product pricing and budgeting, forecasting product sales and revenues.
  • Summarize and work with large volumes of dynamic datasets to aid in budgeting and costing.
  • Prepare reports to communicate accurate findings and recommendations.
  • Drive advancements in the firm's reporting and analysis capabilities.
  • Interpret data needs and design, develop, and deploy automation tools to increase efficiency.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as needed.
  • Assist in the annual audit process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or MBA.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in FP&A.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Financial Modeling.
  • SQL experience required.
  • Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
