About the position

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Lead Analyst is a senior professional role at Citi responsible for providing management with in-depth analysis and insights into the company's financial results. This position plays a crucial role in contributing to the directional strategy of the organization and involves collaboration with the broader Finance team to evaluate financial reports and performance projections. The analyst will work closely with senior management to influence decision-making and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create financial reports and summarize financial trends for senior management.
• Advise on directional strategy and significant business/product decisions.
• Execute analysis of annual 3-year Strategic/Operating Plans and CCAR PPNR forecasts.
• Prepare analytics for CEO Reviews, including business initiatives.
• Analyze product profitability and guide business and product decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and senior management.
• Prepare presentations and analysis for the team supporting the CFO.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
