About the position

The Financial Planning and Analysis Lead Analyst is a senior role responsible for analyzing and providing insights into Citi's financial results. This position collaborates with the broader Finance team to contribute to strategic direction and offers specialized knowledge to evaluate financial reports regarding Citi's current and projected performance. The role requires on-site presence three times a week in New York City.

Responsibilities

• Create financial reports and summarize financial trends for senior management.
• Advise on directional strategy and significant business/product decisions.
• Execute analysis of annual 3-year Strategic/Operating Plans and CCAR PPNR forecasts.
• Prepare analytics for CEO Reviews, including business initiatives.
• Analyze product profitability and guide business and product decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and senior management.
• Prepare presentations and analysis for the CFO's team.
• Operate with a limited level of direct supervision and exercise independence of judgment.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in finance or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
