About the position

Rip Curl is seeking a highly motivated FP&A Manager to join the Commercial Finance team at their San Clemente headquarters. This role involves consolidating financial reports, performing sales tracking, forecasting, and leading the Accounts Receivable team to maximize profitability and support strategic operational plans.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial reports and analysis for the regional VP Finance and GMs.
• Perform weekly sales tracking and reporting, and monthly SG&A tracking and reporting.
• Forecast wholesale sales, margin, and direct SG&A.
• Incorporate latest forecast, margin, and expense trends into a dynamic rolling forecast model.
• Forecast working capital requirements, including inventory, receivables, and payables.
• Provide guidance and coordinate the region for monthly business reviews and rolling forecasts.
• Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable team.
• Create and maintain relationships across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Commercial/Finance.
• Set clear staffing guidelines and accountabilities.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience in FP&A at a wholesale or retail company.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain complex financial models.
• Solid understanding of business strategies and drivers.
