About the position

The FP&A Senior Analyst at Healthworks plays a crucial role in the finance department by driving strategic decision-making and supporting growth objectives through insightful data analysis. This position involves analyzing financial and operational data, developing financial models, improving processes, engaging stakeholders, ensuring compliance, conducting research, and providing support to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collect and interpret financial and operational data, identifying trends and key performance indicators.
• Develop robust financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiencies and define project scopes.
• Prepare and present findings to senior management with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Maintain adherence to relevant regulations and compliance standards within financial reporting and data management processes.
• Perform economic and market research to outline growth strategies for new markets or business lines.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis for the CFO and executive team as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a business or financial analyst role.
• Strong skills in financial modeling and data analysis (Excel, SQL, BI software like Tableau or Power BI).
• Proficiency in NetSuite and NetSuite Planning and Budgeting is a bonus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex data clearly.
• Ability to thrive independently and in collaborative environments.
