About the position
We are seeking a dedicated Frühstückskraft to join our team at the Ibis Hotel Köln Airport. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a pleasant and satisfying breakfast experience, starting their day with a smile. You will play a crucial role in setting up breakfast stations, greeting guests, and maintaining cleanliness in the breakfast area.
Responsibilities
- Setting up breakfast stations with all necessary supplies and food items
- Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting guests with their breakfast needs and inquiries
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area
- Monitoring and replenishing food and beverage items as needed
- Following food safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure guest satisfaction
- Flexibility to work morning shifts including weekends and holidays
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the hotel or gastronomy industry
- Basic knowledge of English
- Additional language skills are a plus
