Responsibilities

• Provide a high-level financial overview of the firm.
• Conduct forecasting and expense analysis to support growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish and implement a strategic financial plan.
• Review current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Review and monitor KPIs, suggesting improvements if applicable.
• Review and suggest improvements to the compensation process managed by the compensation committee.

Requirements

• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
• Strong expertise in financial strategy, forecasting, and planning.
• Able to provide insights into efficiencies and implement significant process improvements.
• Capable of working fractionally, with more hours required upfront to get up to speed.
