About the position

The Fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Plutus Health Inc. is a part-time executive role responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating activities within the company. This position focuses on developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and enhance client relationships within the healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue generation strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives to capture additional market share.
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, partnerships, and business development activities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Establish and monitor sales performance metrics, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Identify and evaluate new market segments and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets and expand the company's footprint.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns that drive demand and brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with finance to forecast revenue, set targets, and monitor performance against goals.
  • Ensure the alignment of sales, marketing, and operations to drive revenue growth.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize revenue-generating activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on revenue performance and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue generation roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in the healthcare or RCM industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing sales teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools.
