About the position

As a Fragrance Sales Associate at Happybubbles, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming shopping environment for customers. Your role will involve utilizing your passion for fragrances and customer service skills to assist customers in selecting their ideal scents. You will also be responsible for maintaining the fragrance department, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed, and providing knowledgeable assistance to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding their desired fragrance products.
• Provide expert fragrance knowledge, including notes, brands, and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing fragrance display to attract customers.
• Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash with care.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer service standards.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Prior knowledge of fragrance sales.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
• Familiarity with retail math to assist in inventory management and sales tracking.
• Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers efficiently.
• Knowledge of cosmetology or beauty products is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient work environment.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell products based on customer needs.
• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.
