About the position
The position involves building customer relationships while providing custom framing solutions in a retail environment. Employees will assist customers in finding products, complete framing orders, and maintain store standards.
Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions.
- Help customers shop the store and locate products.
- Provide a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs.
- Execute company policies and standards.
- Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
- Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
- Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in finding what they need.
- Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes.
- Operate cash register and handle cash according to standards.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic measuring skills.
- Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
