About the position
The Framing Foreman will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of construction practices, as the foreman will coordinate with on-site teams and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that all work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Lead a team of construction workers, working alongside other team members.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore to track project progress and manage resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Steel Stud framing and Acoustical Ceilings.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Knowledge of safety regulations relevant to the construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance is a must.
