About the position

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the franchise location. This position is responsible for ensuring that the franchise runs smoothly and efficiently, while also providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. The AGM will assist in managing staff, inventory, and financial performance, as well as implementing company policies and procedures to achieve operational goals.
