About the position

DivaDance HQ is seeking a Franchise Marketing Manager to enhance marketing strategies and drive revenue opportunities for both new and existing franchise locations. This role involves managing social media advertising, developing influencer marketing programs, and overseeing marketing education for franchise owners, all while collaborating with various teams to ensure brand compliance and effective lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive leads and revenue opportunities for new and existing franchise locations.
  • Manage and optimize strategy and implementation of paid local social media advertising for franchise markets.
  • Serve as the primary knowledge holder of the Attentive CRM platform, collaborating with Franchise Operations and the Sr. Marketing Manager to deploy campaigns and automations.
  • Develop and deploy influencer marketing programs and best practices.
  • Own the Marketing Playbook and Revenue Rx Playbook to drive revenue and leads to franchises.
  • Manage cross-regional marketing opportunities and synergies.
  • Support Senior Marketing Manager and Franchise Success & Operations in deploying brandwide initiatives and Marketing Kits.
  • Create and project manage national marketing partnerships that drive leads and brand awareness.
  • Oversee Marketing & Social Media Education for new franchise owners.
  • Facilitate weekly Social Media Q&A sessions and develop training tools and resources.
  • Collaborate with Content & Social Team to ensure brand compliance.
  • Support Franchise Success and Support team with KPI analysis, specifically Ad, Lead Gen, and First Visit data.

Requirements

  • Experience in social media marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly Attentive.
  • Ability to develop and manage marketing playbooks and strategies.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and partnership management.
  • Strong project management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in franchise marketing or management.
  • Familiarity with KPI analysis and performance metrics.
