About the position

The Franchise Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in the franchise marketing team at Pause Studio, focusing on driving success through impactful marketing initiatives. This position is essential for building strong relationships with franchisees, managing promotional campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The Marketing Manager serves as the primary contact for franchisees, guiding marketing efforts that align with the company's growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for franchisees, providing training, tools, and resources to support marketing efforts from presale through grand opening and beyond.
  • Maintain regular communication to offer guidance, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure local strategies align with corporate goals.
  • Lead the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless implementation.
  • Oversee presale, grand opening, and ongoing marketing campaigns to ensure successful launches and sustained growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver resources to franchisees, including marketing calendars, email & SMS campaigns, creative assets, and guides, ensuring an organized and timely approach.
  • Collect and analyze performance data from franchise locations and ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and improve future campaign strategies.
  • Conduct regular audits of digital platforms and shared resources to ensure all information is current.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports for senior leadership, showcasing the success and learnings from each initiative.
  • Partner with internal teams to implement initiatives that improve retention, generate leads, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Work closely with senior management to contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications.
  • Strong passion for or experience in the wellness industry.
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude, capable of working independently while also being an effective team player.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email marketing software).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Klaviyo.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Experience in startup, agency, or project management environments.
