Marco's Pizza is seeking a Local Marketing Coordinator/Franchise Marketing Rep to enhance brand visibility and drive sales through various marketing initiatives. This role involves engaging with the community, managing advertising efforts, and analyzing marketing data to improve campaign effectiveness. The position offers a hybrid work environment and is ideal for individuals passionate about local marketing and community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Visit local schools, businesses, car dealerships, apartments, etc. to drive business into the restaurant.
• Develop and assist in advertising sales efforts by creating compelling advertising materials and presentations.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to produce print advertising materials that align with brand guidelines and sales building tactics.
• Manage web initiatives, including product listings, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Create engaging copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing, email marketing, or related fields is helpful.
• Proficiency and professionalism in email writing is necessary.
• Experience in print advertising production is beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong, effective verbal and written communication skills required in addition to excellent phone skills.
