The Franchise Onboarding Specialist (FOS) at MilkShake Factory plays a crucial role in guiding new franchisees through the process of opening their stores. This position involves hands-on training in corporate stores, mastering various roles, and then traveling to support franchisees in delivering the brand's signature experience. The FOS acts as a key support system for franchisees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Support franchisees and managers by providing essential tools for building effective teams.
• Coach new hires and enhance store operations with energy and positivity.
• Act as a brand ambassador to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Solve problems proactively and encourage franchisee success.
• Maintain open communication between new stores and the corporate team, facilitating grand openings and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Experience with new business onboarding/training, preferably in QSR, F&B, or franchise settings.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with franchisees and corporate teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise during onboarding.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Previous roles in franchise management or support.
