About the position

As a Franchise Onboarding Specialist (FOS) at MilkShake Factory, you will play a pivotal role in guiding new franchise owners through the exciting journey of launching their stores. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping others succeed and are ready to immerse themselves in the MilkShake Factory culture. Initially, you will spend several months working hands-on in our corporate stores, mastering every role from Team Member to Assistant Manager. This immersive training will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively support new franchisees once you transition to the field. Once you have become a Milkshake Pro, your responsibilities will shift to training and inspiring new franchisees. You will ensure that every MilkShake Factory location delivers the signature flavor and fun that our fans crave. Your role will involve being the key support for franchisees and managers, providing them with the tools they need to build outstanding teams. You will lead with energy and positivity, whether you are coaching new hires or fine-tuning store operations, all while keeping the atmosphere lively and fun. As a brand ambassador, you will bring the MilkShake Factory magic to life, ensuring that every store serves top-tier shakes and smiles. You will also be a problem-solving pro and a cheerleader for success, always finding ways to help stores excel. Communication will be vital in this role, as you will serve as the essential link between new stores and the corporate team, from grand openings to ongoing support. Your flexibility for travel and weekend availability will be crucial, especially during the initial training period in Pittsburgh.

Responsibilities

  • Guide new franchisees through the onboarding process and store opening journey.
  • Work hands-on in corporate stores to master various roles from Team Member to Assistant Manager.
  • Train and inspire new franchisees to ensure they deliver the MilkShake Factory experience.
  • Provide support to franchisees and managers, equipping them with necessary tools for success.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the MilkShake Factory culture and values.
  • Maintain open lines of communication between new stores and the corporate team.
  • Assist in problem-solving and operational fine-tuning for franchise locations.

Requirements

  • Experience with new business onboarding/training, preferably in QSR, F&B, or franchise settings.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with franchisees and corporate teams.
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges faced by franchisees.
  • Flexibility for travel and weekend availability, especially for onsite training in Pittsburgh for at least 3 months.
