About the position

The Franchise Onboarding Specialist at Bricks & Minifigs is responsible for developing and managing the onboarding and training processes for new franchisees. This role involves coordinating tasks and projects to ensure a smooth transition from franchise development to grand opening, while also providing support and guidance to new franchisees during their initial setup and launch.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage franchise onboarding and training processes, procedures, and documentation.
  • Identify and prioritize tasks and projects essential for onboarding new franchisees.
  • Assist new franchisees on-site during grand openings.
  • Conduct research and provide analysis as requested.
  • Coordinate data entry of vital onboarding and training data.
  • Conduct appointments with new franchisees, either in-person or remotely.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Travel to new store grand openings and assist with final preparations and staff training.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in retail operations (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to travel for training and field visits as necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and overcome objections.
