About the position

The Franchise Opening Consultant at American Family Care (AFC) plays a crucial role in facilitating and overseeing the opening process of new franchise locations. This position emphasizes collaboration between franchise owners, the franchisor, and various vendors to ensure compliance with system standards and a successful clinic launch. The consultant will provide support in areas such as marketing, training, and operational management, while maintaining strong relationships with franchisees and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultation calls regarding marketing/advertising planning, training, and operational support.
• Cultivate and preserve relationships with Franchisees and vendors.
• Support Franchisees during the pre-opening phase, including site selection and business planning.
• Coordinate training activities and ensure all materials are directed to the appropriate parties.
• Provide counsel to Franchisees for business plan development and improvement.
• Ensure physical facilities comply with Franchisor standards.
• Complete month-end reports and follow-up reports for new stores.
• Adhere to company policies regarding database use and reporting.
• Develop proficiency in the company's database and implement policies with Franchisee locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Health Care Management, or related field.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential or sensitive information.
• Experience in urgent care or medical office preferred.
