About the position

The Franchise Sales and Operations Manager at Amplifon is responsible for leading and enhancing the franchise business operations within an assigned territory. This role focuses on developing innovative strategies, collaborating with diverse teams, and driving business growth while ensuring operational excellence and customer devotion. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of operational management experience, financial analysis skills, and a proactive attitude to support franchise partners effectively.

Responsibilities

• Engage in business operation reviews in-person and virtually, analyzing data and trends.
• Support business planning with franchise owners to establish sales, marketing, and operational plans.
• Act as a strategic business consultant by identifying medium to long-term opportunities.
• Share best practices among franchise partners in collaboration with various departments.
• Analyze business and financial situations to derive insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Recommend innovative solutions to address performance issues within franchise businesses.
• Develop and implement creative solutions to drive business growth and success.
• Travel to franchise partner locations to collaborate on business strategies and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Operational Management experience with P&L management required.
• Multi-Franchise or Retail experience required.
• 5-7 years of sales experience.
• Ability to travel 50% to 70%, domestically.

• Experience within the Hearing Health Care Industry preferred.
• Proficiency in analyzing business and financial situations.
• Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and internet tools.
