About the position

The Franchise Sales Representative will be a key member of the Mac Tools team, responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing candidates interested in opening a Mac Tools Franchise. This remote position requires travel and involves executing advanced recruiting strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and building relationships with existing franchise owners. The role emphasizes the use of digital sales tools and software to enhance franchise lead management and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all franchise lead activity using Salesforce.com
  • Travel 35-40% once every three weeks
  • Work with Mac Tools leadership to ensure franchise candidate selections align with business objectives
  • Identify and plan recruiting focus areas within the assigned territory
  • Contact and manage all franchise candidate leads from multiple lead generation activities
  • Develop relationships with candidates to ensure a high level of candidate experience
  • Contribute to candidate experience by sharing recruiting best practices
  • Network extensively to source candidates for open areas
  • Develop and manage franchise candidate lead reporting metrics and pipelines

Requirements

  • Long term sales cycle experience, preferably in franchise development and sales
  • Ability to communicate the value of a Mac Tools Franchise
  • Solid understanding and experience with Salesforce software and analytics
  • Strong interview, selling, and closing skills
  • Ability to coordinate closely with team members for successful franchise starts
  • Proven track record of sourcing successful candidates
  • Expertise in developing reporting tools
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective at performing detail-oriented tasks
  • Ability to manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong facilitation and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
