InteLogix is seeking a Fraud Analyst to join our organization in a remote capacity. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. As a Fraud Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing network traffic and orders to assess risk and mitigate fraud. You will handle inbound calls regarding suspected fraud traffic, identify theft, and credits, as well as make outgoing calls to follow up on fraud orders and secure equipment. This position requires a creative problem solver who is results-oriented and empathetic, connecting with customers to navigate and influence solutions effectively.
