About the position

The Fraud Analyst position at Informatics, Inc. involves reviewing and analyzing documentation related to credit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance during the funding process. This role is crucial in preventing fraud and supporting the credit management team by communicating inconsistencies and acquiring necessary documentation from dealers.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and input information from documents received from dealers into NFA during the credit application process.
• Review and request broker stipulations for Western Region funding processes.
• Identify and communicate inconsistencies with documentation to Retail Credit Management and the Fraud Prevention Team.
• Work with dealers to acquire documentation needed to complete the application process.
• Provide support for Business Center Credit Analysts and Managers with various tasks, including reporting and communicating daily information updates.
