The Fraud Early Warning Analyst position at Ally Financial is a critical role responsible for assessing various situations and identifying risks associated with fraud against Ally Bank. This includes reviewing new accounts, negative balance accounts, ACH reports, and any suspicious activity on existing accounts. The analyst will effectively execute countermeasures and various mitigation strategies to avoid losses to the bank and its customers, while also providing excellent customer service to those impacted by potential fraud. The position requires collaboration with management to prepare reports as required for documentation, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. The analyst will be expected to handle multiple priorities and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as effective time management and organizational skills. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of Ally Bank's operations and protecting its customers from fraudulent activities.
