As a dedicated Instructional Designer I, you will partner with Fraud Operations business leaders to ensure that fraud learning requirements are developed and met. This role involves the creation and maintenance of new to role, upskill, and reinforcement education content. You will serve as a fraud content subject matter expert, ensuring that learning content and initiatives comply with fraud policies and standards. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with Fraud Operations leaders, fraud training leads, facilitators, and other business partners to support Fraud Training Program-based initiatives. In this role, you will design and develop interactive facilitator-led and online content that meets the learning needs of the business. You will organize course content to produce curriculum that aligns with business priorities and strategy for operational effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing timelines and milestones, creating learning objectives, and ensuring that course content guidelines are consistently applied. You will also collaborate with third-party vendor teams to manage relationships and provide appropriate learning solutions to specific audiences. Additionally, you will apply your understanding of the business, its products, and processes to reshape content for changing needs, ensuring that risks associated with business activities are effectively identified and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies.
