As a dedicated Instructional Designer I at USAA, you will play a crucial role in partnering with Fraud Operations business leaders to ensure that fraud learning requirements are effectively developed and met. Your primary responsibilities will include the creation and maintenance of educational content tailored for new roles, upskilling, and reinforcement training. You will serve as a subject matter expert in fraud content, ensuring that all learning materials and initiatives comply with established fraud policies and standards. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with Fraud Operations leaders, fraud training leads, facilitators, and other business partners to support various initiatives within the Fraud Training Program. In this position, you will design and develop interactive facilitator-led and online content that aligns with the learning needs of the business. You will be responsible for organizing course content to produce a curriculum that meets these needs, managing timelines and milestones, and collaborating with internal business partners to ensure that curriculum solutions align with business priorities and strategies for operational effectiveness. Your role will also involve creating learning objectives, storyboards, and design documentation targeted to meet business goals and requirements. You will conduct peer-to-peer reviews to ensure consistency and quality in course content, and you will manage relationships with third-party vendors to provide appropriate learning solutions to specific audiences. Additionally, you will apply your understanding of the business, its products, and processes to adapt content for changing needs, review work in partnership with contract designers, and collaborate with Learning Performance Consultants to gather information and provide design recommendations. A critical aspect of your role will be to ensure that risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
