As a dedicated Instructional Designer II at USAA, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining fraud learning requirements that align with the organization's mission to facilitate the financial security of U.S. military members and their families. This position involves collaborating with training leaders and business partners to ensure that educational content is not only relevant but also compliant with fraud policies and standards. You will be responsible for the design and development of both facilitator-led and online training content, ensuring that it meets the learning needs of the business and adheres to established guidelines for quality and consistency. Your role will require you to organize course content effectively, manage timelines and milestones, and participate in the creation of learning objectives and design documents. You will also support the development of tools and processes that measure the effectiveness of curriculum solutions and learner performance, ensuring that the training provided meets the skill development requirements of USAA employees. As you continue to develop your understanding of the business, its products, and processes, you will be expected to design and develop learning curricula that enhance employee performance. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with Learning Performance Consultants to gather information and provide design recommendations. You will also be responsible for resolving issues and identifying appropriate matters for escalation, ensuring that all deliverables align with business requests. Additionally, you will need to ensure that risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
