About the position

The Fraud Operations and Enablement Analyst role within the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) focuses on supporting the team in protecting the company and its customers from fraud. This position involves maintaining existing workflows and developing innovative processes to enhance operational efficiency and support FIU's mission. The analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to address operational complexities and contribute to the team's evolving needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data and business colleagues to support key priorities for FIU.
• Maintain longstanding workflows and develop new processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Build relationships throughout FIU and beyond for effective communication and project management.
• Identify operational risks and inefficiencies, proposing viable alternatives.
• Support cyclical workflows while remaining agile in response to unplanned tasks.
• Establish the FIU Operations team's reputation for strong outputs and partnership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with editing and proofreading experience.
• Strong project management skills, capable of executing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving team environment.
• Innovative thinking with a creative mindset for problem-solving.
• Strategic approach to work, able to evolve strategies based on feedback.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint.
