About the position

The Fraud Operations and Enablement Analyst plays a crucial role in the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) at Fidelity Investments, focusing on protecting the company and its customers from fraud. This position involves maintaining existing workflows and developing innovative processes to enhance operational efficiency and support FIU's mission. The analyst will collaborate with various teams to streamline operations, manage projects, and improve reporting and communication within the unit.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data and business colleagues to support key priorities for FIU.
• Maintain longstanding workflows and develop new processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Identify operational risks and inefficiencies, proposing viable alternatives.
• Support cyclical workflows while remaining agile in the face of unplanned tasks.
• Build relationships throughout FIU and beyond to facilitate effective communication and project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with editing and proofreading experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving team environment.
