About the position

The Fraud Platform Testing Analyst at U.S. Bank is responsible for testing the Fraud Platform related to transaction and item fraud for deposit accounts and electronic banking activities. This role involves understanding and analyzing business requirements to develop and execute User Acceptance Test plans, documenting testing results, communicating defects, and ensuring ongoing system quality through regression testing. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with an in-office expectation of three or more days per week.

Responsibilities

• Test the Fraud Platform for transaction and item fraud related to deposit accounts and electronic banking activity.
• Understand and analyze business requirements to develop and execute User Acceptance Test plans.
• Document testing results and communicate defects to ensure proper prioritization.
• Assist in driving to resolution of defects.
• Complete regression testing to ensure ongoing system quality from release to release.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 3+ years of applicable experience.
• Thorough knowledge of fraud risk and operations management associated with product lines.
• Knowledge of banking systems.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating user stories to create effective test plans.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to create detailed documentation from test plans through testing sign off.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer navigation skills using various software packages including Microsoft Office applications and data analysis software.
