The Fraud Prevention Analyst I position at FIS is an entry-level role designed for individuals looking to start their career in fintech. Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service while serving as a telephonic concierge and primary point of contact to the financial institution's high-value customers.
• Addresses inquiries and performs research required to fulfill clients' requests.
• Liaises with appropriate IT Support teams to address client maintenance requests for supported products.
• Works with various internal and external clients and departments to resolve outstanding issues and comply with customer requests.
• Follows up to close service tickets and inquiries that were escalated or referred to a different business function.
• Interfaces with clients to determine present and future needs and discusses progress toward solutions.

Requirements

• Prior banking or finance-related experience is a plus; personal banking experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Organizational and time management skills required.
• Self-starter with proven ability to work independently.
• Extremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
