About the position

The Fraud Product Analyst at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is responsible for monitoring and preventing fraud and abuse within the digital business. This role involves delivering insights on performance metrics related to digital checkout and returns, managing fraud prevention tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement policies that enhance customer experience while minimizing risk. The position is based in Columbus, OH, and requires a strong analytical background to drive improvements in digital operations.

Responsibilities

  • Work with third-party AI Checkout and Returns decisioning partner to map system flows and manage integration development work.
  • Leverage data to report on business performance metrics for checkout and returns.
  • Partner cross-functionally to address dynamic fraud and abuse issues across various accounts.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement and enforce digital policies in the decision center tool.
  • Develop performance dashboards to monitor KPIs across checkout and returns experiences.
  • Monitor and resolve ad-hoc issues impacting digital policy and appeasements costs.
  • Audit and enforce digital policies with customer care teams to improve performance.
  • Manage digital communications regarding appeasement and fraud spend metrics.

Requirements

  • BA or BS in business, engineering, supply chain, information systems, or a related field.
  • Experience using analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Excel Pivot Tables.
  • Experience with dashboard tools like Tableau or Hadoop.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital product, digital transformation, or retail industry.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and in project management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in an Agile environment.
  • Comfort using large amounts of data to drive insights and action.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to executive leadership.
