As a member of the Fraud Strategy within the Trust & Safety department at SquareTrade, this role is crucial in ensuring that the business effectively mitigates fraud risk in a constantly evolving environment. The Fraud Strategy Process Lead will be responsible for developing comprehensive fraud strategies that align with the business's risk appetite, ultimately impacting millions of customers globally through collaboration, education, analysis, and influence. The success of this role is measured by the ability to reduce fraud losses through the identification of trends and the development of effective fraud strategies and business rules. Additionally, the role aims to improve the efficiency of fraud prevention processes and minimize negative customer experiences by understanding friction points and implementing technology-based solutions to manage emerging trends.
